FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for connecting casing pipes by laser welding during drilling and well casing. The laser welding of medium-carbon metal pipes is carried out. Before welding, the joint of the pipes to be joined is preheated. Welding is carried out in an environment of independently supplied antioxidant and spark-extinguishing gases with automatic supply of alloyed wire to the joint of the pipes being connected. During welding, the specified temperature is maintained in the working area of the pipe connection using a refrigerant circulation system.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of simultaneous drilling of a well and the organization of a casing string, increasing the strength characteristics and durability of the casing string, reducing the material consumption of drilling complexes as a whole, and increasing the safety of work.
