The device includes a technical vision camera, a light source and an image processing device, and the mirror converter is mounted on a holder at an angle of 45° to the horizontal plane of the conveyor belt, the reflection of the passing control object is completely in the field of view of the camera, to which a light-scattering screen is coaxially installed, in the center of which a hole is made into which the camera lens is installed, at the same time, the mounting of the light-scattering screen and the technical vision camera are made with the possibility of adjusting the rod in height, so that the side of the control object is completely in the field of view of the technical vision camera.
SUBSTANCE: creation of an automated control system for briquetted charge materials with the possibility of continuous monitoring of briquetted charge materials by their digital images.
