FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. After visualization of the vocal region of the larynx, preventive coagulation of the vessels of the vocal fold is performed. Then, a tumor-like formation is captured with microforceps. Next, the mucous membrane is affected over the entire surface of the formation using a laser in a pulsed mode. After that, the plastic defect is performed with the adjacent mucous membrane. In this case, the laser action is carried out by a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 445 nm, a radiation power of 6.0-8.0 W, for 10-20 ms with a pause between pulses of 100-130 ms. The impact is carried out three times: initially remotely during preventive coagulation, then in the contact mode during resection or incision, then after removal of the tumor-like formation, when the edges of the incision are brought together, in the remote mode, a coagulating effect is performed along the line of contact of the edges.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of intraoperative and postoperative complications, increase the functional result, reduce the period of phonatory rehabilitation of patients.
