The positioning element is rigidly attached to the main element. The positioning member extends vertically from the base member when the seat base is installed on the vehicle seat. The positioning element contains an engaging element. The engagement element is configured to engage with the vehicle's seat belt. The engaging element is connected to the positioning element at a distance above the upper surface of the main element. The engaging element is held by the positioning element at a specified distance from the main element. The engagement member is positioned such that the engagement member lies substantially in the same horizontal plane as the exit point of the vehicle seat belt when the seat base is installed on the vehicle seat.

EFFECT: reduction of rotation of the child safety seat in the event of a vehicle impact by means other than the anchor belt or the support leg is achieved.
