FIELD: clothes manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for manufacturing clothes with synthetic non-woven insulation. The objective of the invention is to create a new constructive solution for a package of clothes with increased resistance to aerodynamic deformation. To achieve the task and the specified technical result, it is proposed to create a design for a package of clothes with a non-woven insulation with quilting, containing two sets of layers connected to each other, the first of which contains the outer material of the shell, an additional lining and a synthetic non-woven insulation with a density of 200 g/m2, quilted together with diagonal stitches in the form of diamonds, the second layer contains the inner material of the shell and the second layer of synthetic non-woven insulation with a density of 100 g/m2, quilted together with straight horizontal lines in 2-3 places, depending on the length of the product.
EFFECT: creation of a package design that has the ability to maintain its design thermal protection in conditions of increased wind load.
