FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile equipment for moving rolls of hay or straw by utilising wind energy or electrical energy. Mobile apparatus for moving rolls of hay or straw is installed at the end of a roll, configured to rotate on the central axis of the roll, and contains a wind wheel installed on an axis, coupled by means of a clutch with a deceleration mechanism, the output torque whereof is transmitted to a pin placed in the body of the roll by means of a lever. A ski-shaped stop transmitting the rotating counter-torque to the ground is placed on the body of the apparatus. Impacted by torque, the roll, rotating around its own axis, rolls along the ground from the point of formation to the destination point. In the second variant, the apparatus is driven by an electric engine powered by a DC battery via a time delay relay. In the third variant, the apparatus comprises an apparatus for converting wind energy into electrical energy followed by charging the battery.
EFFECT: proposed apparatus can be used multiple times and eliminates the use of transport machinery, environmental pollution, conserves energy resources and working time, accelerates agricultural works, reduces the cost of production, doesn't require human participation after installation; in other cases, the wind turbine of the apparatus can be used as a household source of electrical energy.
