FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, in particular to charge compositions for obtaining a porous permeable catalytic material by the method for self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, and can be used to manufacture filter elements for catalytic converters of exhaust gases of internal combustion engines. The mixture for obtaining a porous permeable catalytic material contains, wt.%: iron scale 20.02-24.8, chromium oxide (III) 10.5-11.5, chromium 6.75-6.85, nickel 5.5- 5.9, aluminum 12.4-12.6, shungite 30.0-50.0, copper 1.18-2.0.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing high-quality catalytic cleaning of internal combustion engines from exhaust gases by increasing the resistance of the material to dynamic and static loads.
