FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weighing equipment and can be used in various branches of industry for constructing hanging crane scales operating in conditions of heat emission and ascending flows of hot gases. The task herein is solved using a method for constructing an apparatus for hanging crane scales provided with a body with a strain gauge (1), a load-carrying apparatus and load-transmitting elements, wherein the strain gauge (1) is installed on the lower base (3) of the upper body (2) installed in the body limited by the lower base (7), made blind, constituting a load-carrying apparatus and perceiving the flow of hot gases, wherein the strain gauge (1) abuts against the upper base (6) of the body (5) with openings (9) for the passage of load-transmitting elements. The task herein is also solved using an apparatus for hanging crane scales, including a body with a strain gauge, a load-carrying apparatus , load-transmitting elements. The strain gauge 1 is installed on the lower base 3 of the body 2 installed in the body 5 limited by a blind lower base 7, constituting a load-carrying apparatus, the strain gauge sensor 1 abuts against the upper base 6 of the body 5 with openings 9 for the passage of load-transmitting elements.
EFFECT: eliminated possibility of a flow of hot gases entering the area of installation of the strain gauge sensor and ensured high impact strength of the scales.
