FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities for batching and is intended for batching of working powder mixtures on the basis of ammonium perchlorate in process of fuel mass preparation for mix solid rocket propellants. Batcher may also be used in other industries, where there is necessity for remote weighing control of mass of powdery components portions distributed into technological flow. Result is provided due to the fact that weight-transferring unit in batcher is arranged in the form of loading lever, one end of which rests on hinged joint, and the second one - onto sensitive element of weight metre. In central part of loading lever there is suspension provided with two vertical jaws, which are separated between each other by means of through slot, in jaws through oval openings there is finger installed, which is joined to traction rod with the possibility of its vertical displacement. Weight-receptacle bucket is equipped with caging device, which consists of spring-loaded rod with grab and thrust, which interacts with fork of bucket emptying pneumatic cylinder. System of measurement and control comprises unit of package weight compensation and unit of solving amplifiers.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of batching, simplified design and reduced labour intensiveness in process of operation, in combination with reliability.
