SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, and in particular to wellhead equipment devices, and allows you to maintain excess pressure in the gas pipeline in relation to the linear pressure with a constant value. The effect is achieved by the fact that the magnetic control valve, consisting of a hollow body with a cover, with inlet and outlet channels inside the body, interconnected by a bypass, closed by a locking element, wherein, the locking element is mounted on a rod located inside the cylinder in a vertical channel of the valve body that communicates the inlet and outlet channels; connected to the magnetic circuit, made in the form of a disk, the edges of which rest on a ledge in the cylinder, the magnetic circuit is fixed in a fixed position with the help of a cylindrical control sleeve mounted inside the cylinder, while the control sleeve is removable and can be replaced with a similar sleeve of a different height to change the stroke length of the rod and through this the area of ​​the valve flow area in the open position, the control sleeve, in turn, is pressed by a magnetic cover mounted on top inside the cylinder, an anchor is mounted on the rod above the magnetic circuit, the magnetic circuit and the magnetic cover are made in the form of permanent magnets with opposite poles directed towards each other with the possibility of attracting them to each other when gas pressure is applied to the locking element from the side of the inlet channel.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the valve, as well as the convenience of its adjustment.
