SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to valve construction industry and is meant for being used as the bypass valve for liquid and gaseous working media. Bypass valve consists of a body with a cover plate on the thread, a locking member with a stock, a seat made in the form of a branch pipe with a sealing cup provided on its end, a throttling disc, a spring, transverse wall of the body with a guiding coupling, two annular constant magnets, and a magnet-conduit washer. Throttling disc is attached to the locking member. Spring is installed in the space between the cover plate and the locking member. Magnet-conduit washer is fixed on the coupling and placed in the inside cylindrical surface of annular magnet conduits. The cover plate is made in the form of the third magnet conduit. The third annular constant magnet is fixed in the magnet conduit. On inner cylindrical surfaces of magnet conduits there made are cylindrical grooves. At the bottom of the through passage of the branch pipe with a radial gap there installed on the stock is the throttling disc. Inner cylindrical coupling of magnet conduits is made in the form of a collet with flanges. Upper and lower magnet conduits contain a movable magnet-conduit master link with a threaded crown. Teeth of the crown are passed through perforation holes of the blind end surface of magnet conduits. There are versions of the valve design.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at improving accuracy and reliability of the valve.
