METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CONCENTRATE OF WATER-SOLUBLE BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES FROM NATURAL SAPROPEL Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC C05F11/02 

FIELD: crop farming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crop farming and is intended for producing aqueous concentrates extracted from natural sapropel for use as plant growth stimulants. To produce a concentrate, natural sapropel is pre-dried at a temperature of 10 to 30°C to a humidity of 50 to 60%, crushed to a size of individual fragments of 1 to 10 cm, dried to a moisture content of no more than 15%, and mechanically activated to the microparticle size of 0.01 to 5 mcm. Water is then added to the powder at a ratio from 1:20 to 1:100, followed by thermostating at a temperature of 85 to 90°C for 30 to 60 minutes, and reducing the temperature for 24 to 48 hours to 40°C. The solution resulting from settling is concentrated by freezing once or twice until 70 to 95% ice is formed from the volume of the initial solution. The concentrate in the form of the unfrozen part of the solution is separated, water-soluble potassium and phosphorus salts are added in an amount of 3 to 5%.

EFFECT: ensured manufacturability of the aqueous solution of a concentrate of biologically active substances produced from natural sapropel, preserving the most valuable substances necessary for plant growth.
