METHOD OF PRODUCING COMPLEX FERTILIZER OF LONG EFFECT Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: technology of mineral fertilizers producing. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing the complex mineral calcium- and phosphorus-containing fertilizer of long effect from zeolite-containing raw by mechanical activation in high-energy stressed milling devices (centrifuges or vibrational mills). Mixture of the following composition is used, wt.-%: monocalcium phosphate monohydrate 15-65; potassium nitrate 10-25; zeolite-containing raw 20-75 being clinoptilolite-containing tuff is used as zeolite-containing raw. Invention increases the prolonged effect of fertilizer with respect to P₂O₃ and K₂O significantly that increases the coefficient of utilization of phosphorus and potassium due to decrease of their loss associated with washing out and the following absorption by soils.
