SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering and can be used in low-power boilers that burn solid, liquid and gaseous fuels with the possibility of heating water, as well as water and air. In a remote block economizer, which includes inlet and outlet gas chambers with pipes for supplying flue gases from the boiler and removing flue gases to the chimney and a heat exchanger located between them, made of several blocks, on opposite sides of which there are tube boards with pipes fixed in them perpendicular to the direction of movement of gases, the heat exchanger contains one or more heat exchange blocks, the pipes in which are made smooth, and is equipped with inlet and outlet chambers with removable covers and nozzles for supplying and water drainage, interconnected by overflow pipes.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and reliability of the boiler.
