The emergency recorder of vehicle parameters includes a primary isolation converter of the onboard network, a battery of supercapacitors, a restoring load power supply stabilizer, a controlled load switch, a load interaction unit, a monitoring and control device based on a microcontroller, a single-board computer, a solid-state drive, an interface device, and a housing. The primary isolating converter of the on-board network is designed to provide galvanic isolation of the load from the on-board network, moreover, the load is represented in aggregate by all electronic components, units and modules connected via the power bus to the power supply unit of the device, the supercapacitor battery is designed to accumulate the estimated amount of energy required for a guaranteed time generating a shutdown command and completing the process of shutting down a single-board computer with an operating system in the event of an on-board network failure, the restoring load power supply stabilizer is designed to bring the voltage drop during the discharge of supercapacitors to a stable voltage necessary to maintain the recorder's performance.
