FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is intended for thermal circuit breaker of electrical circuits, mainly for emergency information recorders for the protection of flash memory chips placed in protective capsules, from heating by external heat coming through the wires connecting the flash memory to the harness when the emergency recorder ignites. Device includes a body, which is a board made from a conductive material, two contact areas and a connecting plate of an arcuate curved part of a brass spring tape, one end of which is rigidly connected to one of the contact pads, and the other end is soldered to the other pad by low-temperature solder. During emergency situation, the thermal circuit breaker disconnects the wiring harness connecting the memory chip to the rest of the emergency recorder circuit, and can be located both inside the protective capsule, and in the immediate vicinity of it. Emergency information recorder contains a unit for obtaining data from the sensors and a unit for converting the received data and transferring it to a protective capsule of the flash memory chips using a harness wire. Each wire harness is connected to the appropriate input wire to the protective capsule of the flash memory chips through the thermal circuit breaker.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of the guaranteed disconnection of the electrical circuit.
