FIELD: pressing tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tools for pressing out joints of the "shaft-sleeve" type. The extractor for pressing out a part from the shaft contains a body with grippers mounted on it, a thrust element, a ball bearing, a power screw and a centering sleeve, while a threaded hole is made in the body, a power screw is placed on the body, at the lower end of which a thrust element is fixed by means of a fixing ring in the form of a thrust bearing, made with the possibility of interacting with the power screw by means of a ball bearing, while the centering sleeve is movably associated with the thrust bearing with the possibility of moving along it. In this case, each of the grippers is made in the form of upper and lower transverse plates, rigidly connected to each other by a longitudinal sliding bar, consisting of two guides inserted into each other, made with the possibility of stepwise adjustment of the height of the sliding bar, while the first ends of the upper transverse plates are rigidly screwed into housing, and the first ends of the lower transverse plates are equipped with a round-shaped platform, fixed with screws to interact with the part pressed out from the shaft, while the diameter of the platform is equal to the difference between the radii of the part and the shaft, and the second ends of the upper and lower transverse plates are made with the possibility of stepwise adjustment of the placement distance relative to each other depending on the diameter of the extruded part by means of grooves and threaded holes made in the upper and lower transverse plates, and the sliding bar is made with the possibility of installation in the grooves of the upper and lower transverse plates and rigid fastening by means of screws in the threaded holes of the upper and lower transverse plates.
EFFECT: expanding the operational capabilities of the extractor in operation with the ability to adjust the extractor to the dimensions of the part pressed out from the shaft, as well as increasing the convenience and stability of the use of the extractor in operation.
