SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the modification of fuel combustion processes. A modifier of solid, liquid or gaseous fuels is proposed, characterized by that a composition of the fuel modifier for solid fuels contains main components, together constituting at least 70% by weight, having an energy density of at least E = 75 kJ/cm3, a density of no more than 5.3 g/cm3, and the modifier composition contains following basic substances in wt. %: SiO2 – 32...42; MgO – 30...40; Fe2O3 – 4...8; Fe3O4 – 5...14; Al2O3 – 3-10; CaO – 3...5; as well as TiO2; SO3; H2O, the content of which does not exceed 1 wt.%; with a particle size of 20-40 mcm within 80% by weight of the modifier. A method for the introduction of a modifier into fuel is also disclosed.

EFFECT: development of a modifier composition that provides a significant increase in the calorific value of organic fuels and increases the completeness of fuel combustion.
