SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of roller cutters for cutting different materials. A roller cutter with a replaceable blade includes a handle, a blade holder with a rigid shell, and a blade. The blade holder is detachably connected to the handle of the roller cutter. The rigid shell of the blade holder accommodates at least half of the blade. The invention also includes a set for cutting materials.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of simple replacement of a blade of a roller cutter with low danger of getting injured.
