SUBSTANCE: invention relates to commercial vehicles. The utility vehicle contains a mechanism (10) for fastening the driver's cab (12) with the possibility of rotation on the frame (14) of the vehicle, including the first retaining element (16) of the driver's cab for fastening on the cab (12) of the driver and the first retaining element (20) frames for fastening on the frame (14) of the vehicle. The first holding element (16) of the driver's cab and the first holding element (20) of the frame are connected to rotate the driver's cab (12). The fastening mechanism (10) includes the first deformable element (34) fixed on the first holding element (16) of the driver's cab with the possibility of separation. The first deformable element (34) is fixed in the forward direction of the vehicle on the first holding element (16) of the driver's cab or on the front-end surface of the first holding element (16) of the driver's cab with the possibility of separation. The mechanism (10) has a modular design and the first deformable element (34) is made with the possibility of choosing from a group of first deformable elements that differ in strength, load capacity, shape and/or material of manufacture. The mechanism (10) contains the second retaining element (18) of the driver's cab for fastening on the driver's cab (12) and the second retaining element (22) of the frame for fastening on the frame (14) of the vehicle and a bridge extending between the first deformable element (34) and second deformable element (36). The second holding element (18) of the driver's cab and the second holding element (20) of the frame are pivotally connected to rotate the driver's cab (12), and the second deformable element (36) is releasably fixed on the second holding element (18) of the driver's cab.

EFFECT: invention improves the fastening ability of the driver's cab and the adaptability of the protective functions in the event of an accident.
