SUBSTANCE: invention relates to damper (10), preferably to a damper of exhaust gas noise, which is part of a system for neutralization of exhaust gases, for a vehicle, preferably a vehicle for an economic purpose, while damper (10) includes surface (2) for stepping with the foot. At the same time, damper (10) performs a double function: on the one hand, it reduces a level of noise, preferably of the system for neutralization of exhaust gases, and on the other hand, it includes at least one surface (2) for stepping with the foot, thereby facilitating access to areas located upper, which, in other cases, would be accessible only in the presence of additional structures. In addition, the invention relates to a vehicle, preferably to a vehicle for an economic purpose, with such a damper (10).
