FIELD: service dog breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used by canine services when training service-search dogs for drug mephedrone (4-methylmethcathinone). Odor drug simulator mephedrone for training service dogs contains an odorless carrier material, on the surface of which a solution of the odor component and a neutral solvent is applied. Odor component contains n-toluic acid methyl ester in amount of 10–30 wt. % and isopropyl alcohol in amount of 70–90 wt. %, and vaseline oil is used as a neutral solvent. Content of the odor component is 10–30 % of the weight of the neutral solvent.
EFFECT: improving the quality of training dogs and reducing the possible harm to their health, increasing the convenience of operation when using the simulator, as well as in expansion of arsenal of technical means in this area due to production of simulators of different concentration.
