FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The machine unit includes an actuator and an asynchronous motor that drives it, installed on the foundation through vibration isolation. Vibration isolation contains two cascades of shock absorbers and an intermediate frame located between them. The frame is equipped with dynamic vibration dampers with metal elastic elements. The frame design is made pre-resonant with respect to the frequency of suppressed vibration. Vibration dampers in the amount of eight pieces are fixed on the intermediate frame so that the working axes of four of them are pairwise parallel to the two horizontal main axes of inertia of the frame, and the working axes of the remaining vibration dampers are vertical. The engine speed during the entire time of operation of the unit is provided constant within the limits of not more than 0.002 of its nominal value. The asynchronous motor is powered through a frequency converter with feedback on the rotor speed.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the dampers in the entire range of operating modes of the mechanism driven by the engine.
