SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heating device and a refrigerator. The heating device contains a cylindrical housing in which the heating cavity is designed to accommodate the object to be processed; an electromagnetic wave generation module designed to generate an electromagnetic wave signal; a radiating antenna electrically connected to an electromagnetic wave generation module to generate electromagnetic waves of the appropriate frequency in the heating cavity in accordance with the electromagnetic wave signal to heat the object to be processed in the heating cavity; and a signal processing, measurement and control circuit electrically connected to the electromagnetic wave generation module and located on the outside of the cylindrical housing. The cylindrical body is formed by an upper cover, a lower plate, a back cover and two side plates, so that the heating cavity formed in the cylindrical body contains an opening of the front side. The heating device additionally contains a door body made with the possibility of opening and closing the opening of the front side. The signal processing, measurement and control circuit is located on the back side of the back cover. The housing plate is located on the back side of the back cover. The placement cavity is formed between the housing plate and the back cover. The signal processing, measurement and control circuit is located in the placement cavity. Through holes are formed on the back plate of the housing plate opposite the back cover to ensure the dissipation of heat generated by the signal processing, measurement and control circuit via the through holes.

EFFECT: invention contributes to increasing the uniformity of heating of the heating device.
