SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kitchen appliances and, in particular, to a heating apparatus using electromagnetic waves and to a refrigerator with a heating apparatus. The technical result is achieved by the heating apparatus (100) including a cylindrical body (110) containing loading and placement hole, a door body (120) configured to open and close the loading and placement hole, an electromagnetic wave generation system, at least part whereof is located in the cylindrical body (110), and a temperature measuring apparatus. The temperature measuring apparatus includes a signal measuring part (171) and a signal processing part (172), wherein the signal measuring part (171) is configured to measure specific parameters of the incident wave signal and the reflected wave signal in the cylindrical body (110). The signal processing part (172) is configured to determine whether the average temperature of the object subject to processing is in a specific temperature range in accordance with specific parameters.
EFFECT: creation of a heating apparatus ensuring an accurate definition of the heating process and easy cutting of the heated food.
