SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles for movement both on water and on land, in particular to the hull of a planing amphibian. A lattice frame (1) incorporating beams with a hollow cross section is used. The cells of the lattice frame (1) are densely filled with foamy air-containing and water-displacing elastic material (2). Beams with a hollow cross section are located above the static waterline when fully loaded. There is an integrally connected layer (3) of foamy air-containing and water-displacing elastic material, pressed against the bearing lattice frame (1) by an outer skin (4) made of flexible and elastic material and forming its sliding surface. Sheets of outer skin (4) are fixed on the lattice frame (1) by bends along the sides and form sections of the sliding surface necessary for gliding the shape. The integrally connected layer of foamy air-containing and water-displacing elastic material (3) according to the first variant has one or more protrusions tightly fitting into one or more cells of the lattice frame (1), respectively, with the possibility of extraction from them and with the formation of a stop in the horizontal plane. According to the second version, the layer of foamy air-containing and water-displacing elastic material (3) has a height division into integrally connected levels. The levels are interconnected by one or more protrusions that fit tightly into the corresponding recesses with the possibility of extracting the levels from each other and with the formation of a stop in the horizontal plane. The upper level is connected to the lattice frame (1) by one or more protrusions, respectively, included in one or several cells of the lattice frame (1) with the formation of a stop in the horizontal plane and fixed in them by elastic forces and/or adhesive connection.
