SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amphibious vehicles, which are intended for use in conditions of movement both on water and on land, when the bottom is experiencing high dynamic loads. An amphibious vehicle contains a flat bottom having an outer skin supported by a rubber layer and then sheet material to a metal body, the system of beams of which is a spatial truss, and the inner and buoyant volume of the metal body is densely filled with plates of porous non-wetted material, covered with sheet material on top. The amphibious vehicle comprises a flat bottom having an outer skin supported by a layer of rubber and then sheet material against a metal body, the beam system of which is an iso-truss, and the inner and buoyancy-creating volume of the metal body is densely filled with plates of porous non-wetted material covered from above with sheet material, on which, inside a roofed cabin with side windows, longitudinal side passenger seats are installed. The inner volume of the metal body in the location area having the cab roof is made with a longitudinally located central recess, the bottom of which has a width for the passage of passengers with the formation of lateral longitudinal ledges raised relative to the bottom of the recess, on the cover of sheet material of which side passenger seats are located in the longitudinal direction. The side walls of the longitudinal ledges along their length and height contain parts of the metal body, which are beams of a flat truss, on the lower horizontal beam of which the sheet material and the lattice of the beams adjacent to the rubber layer are supported, and the bottom of the recess is covered with sheet material covering the lattice of the beams, in the cells of which are plates of porous non-waterproof material.

EFFECT: provision of ease of use of an amphibious vehicle having high shock-absorbing capacity and structural strength.
