SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to fur farming. Complex for keeping experimental animals on an animal farm includes an animal husbandry cage in the form of a rectangular box constructed from a metal frame equipped with a door and a rotary feeder. The complex consists of a nesting house with a covered entrance and a cage located on a platform installed on three metal triangular supports, and a roofed enclosure attached to the back wall of the cage, made of a frame upholstered with a mesh and equipped with a two-leaf door. A shelf is made on the back wall of the cage, the exit from the cage towards the nesting house is equipped with a horizontally retractable and locking slider door. The exit from the cage to the enclosure is equipped with two access holes equipped with doors hinged in the upper part, opening in different directions, and locked with eyelets in the closed or open position. A shelf enclosed with sides is made in the enclosure at the level of the access holes, hinged to the edge whereof is an inclined ladder provided with sides and leading to the floor of the enclosure. A hook for locking the ladder in the raised position is made on the wall of the enclosure above the shelf, three shelves are made on the left and far walls of the enclosure, and a second nesting house and an open square box with sides are installed in the enclosure.

EFFECT: provided sufficient motor activity of animals and expanded operational capabilities of the cage for experimental work with animals.
