FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a device for the administration of a warmed gas mixture to the larynx. The device contains a gas pipeline connected to a gas storage for storing the gas mixture, equipped with a pneumatic distribution valve. The device includes a gas mixture heater in the form of a heat exchanger, an inhale valve, an exhale valve and a means for providing the administration of the warmed gas mixture to the oral cavity. The heat exchanger is equipped with a heat-insulating casing, the inhale valve is mounted at an input of the gas pipeline to the heat exchanger, and the means for providing the administration of the warmed gas mixture to the oral cavity is made in the form of a tip with a rigid part for clamping with teeth, on which the exhale valve is mounted. The tip is equipped with a part made of elastic material for the administration to the larynx, narrowed at the end in the form of a cone.

EFFECT: reduction in contact of a warmed oxygen-helium mixture (hereinafter – OHM) with elements of a structure, reduction in resistance to patient’s inhale and exhale and heat losses for maintaining a temperature of a gas stream of OHM passing through a gas pipeline, as well as the absence of the gas pipeline disinfection.
