FIELD: oil refining industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil refining industry, in particular to a method for the selective removal of paraffin hydrocarbons from hydrocarbon fractions of oil. The invention concerns a method for removing n-paraffins from oil fractions by selective adsorption purification using a zeolite adsorbent. Hydrocarbon fractions of atmospheric oil distillation are used as oil fractions, zeolites of NaA, CaA, and CaX grades are used as adsorbent. The adsorption process is carried out in paired adsorbers that work cyclically alternately, alternating modes of selective removal of n-paraffins and regeneration of the adsorbent, hydrocarbon fractions enter the adsorber with a temperature of 120 to 240°C and a pressure of 0.6 to 2.0 MPa, where the adsorption of n-paraffins occurs, and the purified stream is removed from the installation. The process of regeneration of the adsorbent is carried out with nitrogen gas, with preheating to a temperature of 150°C and a gradual increase in temperature to 250-300°C, while n-paraffins are desorbed from the surface of the adsorbent and are removed as an independent stream.

EFFECT: decrease in the solidification temperature of fractions from 4 to 12°C, depending on the fraction being cleaned (kerosene, diesel, atmospheric gas oil fraction), simplification of the technological scheme and exclusion of aggressive media, which favorably affects the environmental load.
