FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is designed to automate the process of collecting, monitoring, measuring, recording and storing the parameters of technological operations and parameters of coiled tubing installations during the operation of coiled tubing installations in areas with temperate and cold climates. The complex contains an external data collection unit, an internal data collection unit, a computer with USB outputs, a recorder connected to each other by a cable system, while the external data collection unit includes pressure sensors for pressing pads, a chain tension pressure sensor, a process fluid pressure sensor, a wellhead pressure sensor, an angular displacement converter connected by their outputs to the inputs of the controller of the external unit, and the internal data acquisition unit includes a process fluid flow sensor, a gas flow sensor, a gas analyzer sensor, connected by their outputs to the inputs of the controller. The external data acquisition unit additionally contains pressure sensors for sealing the sealer, a temperature sensor for the process fluid, a pressure sensor for the drum drive, pressure sensors for the injector drive for the descent of a long-length pipe and for the rise of a long-length pipe, an injector force sensor, a hydraulic fluid level sensor in a hydraulic tank, a hydraulic fluid temperature sensor in a hydraulic tank, a liquid level sensor in a tank lubricants, sensors of contamination of hydraulic system filters, emergency jamming button, the analog outputs of which are connected to the input of the controller of the external unit. The internal data acquisition unit additionally includes a pressure sensor for the preventer unit drive, position sensors for the control valves of the preventer unit drive, the outputs of which are connected to the controller input.
EFFECT: provided are registration and control of the technological process parameters necessary to exclude emergency situations during well repair.
