FIELD: testing technology; mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing technology and mechanical engineering and can be used to protect against unauthorized release of the working fluid from the hydraulic systems of machines and equipment with hydraulic working bodies. Acoustic signal sensors 16, 17 are installed on flexible high-pressure hoses 8, while these sensors are respectively located at the inlet and outlet of high-pressure hoses 8. The controller 12 is equipped with a timer 27 for determining the time of passage of an acoustic signal from the place where the microcrack begins to form to the aforementioned sensors 16, 17 , a block 28 for comparing the time of appearance of electrical signals on the sensors, a block 29 for determining the coordinates of a microcrack on the inner shell of the hose, a block 30 for converting the coordinates of microcracks into a video image, a monitor 31 for displaying the coordinates of a microcrack on the inner shell of high-pressure hoses.
EFFECT: increasing the operational reliability of the hydraulic drive protection system.
