SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the support and guidance of a traction rope of a vehicle of a transport installation. The device for supporting and guiding the traction rope of the vehicle of the transport installation comprises a supporting structure in which a hole is formed, a support carrying a rotating roller designed to contact with the traction rope of the vehicle, and a joint (12) inserted into the hole and connecting the specified at least one support with a supporting structure. The connection (12) contains the first frame (20) made with the possibility of fastening to the support, and the second frame (21) inserted into the hole formed in the supporting structure, and at least one elastic element (22, 23) placed between the first and the second frames (20, 21) and made with the possibility of allowing the rotational movement of the first frame (20) relative to the supporting structure. In this case, the joint has a variable outer diameter (D1), made with the possibility of reduction, when the joint is inserted into the hole.

EFFECT: device is robust, easy to place on a pole and requires only little maintenance.
