FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used as part of equipment for radio communication, radio location, radio reconnaissance, remote sounding for measuring the amplitude value of a sequence of ultra-wideband (UWB) signals with unknown initial phase against the background of random distortions. Apparatus for measuring the amplitude of an incoherent sequence of ultra-wideband quasi-radio signals of arbitrary waveform additionally comprises a delay line with N outputs at the input of the apparatus, a first, a second, and a third adders, a second, a third, and a fourth amplifiers, and N-1 apparatuses A.
EFFECT: implementation of the possibility of creating new communication and data transmission systems with an apparatus with a simplified design, wherein information is transmitted by a sequence of UWB of quasi-radio signals (QRS) usable in conditions of a complex interference environment.
