SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and the cosmetic industry, namely to a drug and cosmetic insecticide agent of anti-pedicular action, made in the form of gel for external use, containing, by wt.%: Lobel hellebore infusion 35.00-50.00, hydrophilic gel-forming agent 1.00-7.00, preservative 0.1-0.2, emollient 2.50-5.00, clove oil 0.75-3.00, anise oil 0.25-1.00, capric acid 0.50-4.0, glycerin 1.00-4.00, emulsifier 0.50-2.00, and purified water – the rest. The invention also relates to a method for the production of a drug and cosmetic insecticide agent of anti-pedicular action, including following stages: a) mixing of purified water, glycerin, and hydrophilic gel-forming agent at constant mixing to obtain a gel base; b) mixing of hellebore infusion and preservative with subsequent addition of capric acid and mixing until the preservative is completely dissolved; c) gradual addition of the mixture obtained at the stage (b) to the gel base obtained at the stage (a), followed by mixing until the gel-forming agent is completely swollen to produce gel; d) mixing of emollient, clove and anise oil, and emulsifier to obtain an oil phase; e) gradual addition of the oil phase obtained at the stage (d) to gel obtained at the stage (c); f) mixing and homogenization of the mixture obtained at the stage (e).

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an easy-to-use anti-pedicular (pediculicidal and ovicidal) composition made in the form of gel for external use, based on hellebore infusion, which ensures dosing accuracy, and which is easily washed off after the use; provides a synergetic effect of active substances of the proposed composition against lice and nits, i.e., synergetic pediculicidal and ovicidal action; provides an expansion of the arsenal of anti-pedicular (pediculicidal and ovicidal) drugs.
