FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of a catalyst, using a method for the creation of an additive layer, including: (i) formation of a layer of powder carrier material of a catalyst, (ii) binding or melting of powder in the mentioned layer according to a given pattern, (iii) repetition of stages (i) and (ii), layer by layer, using a three-dimensional printing technology or a laser sintering technology, thus forming a molded block particle, and (iv) application of catalytic material to the mentioned molded block. In this case, catalytic material applied to carrier material of a catalyst in the form of particle at the stage (iv) contains one or more metals or metal compounds containing metals, selected from a group consisting of Na, K, Mg, Ca, Ba, Al, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Sn, Sb, La, Hf, W, Re, Ir, Pt, Au, Pb and Ce.
EFFECT: claimed invention provides the possibility of creation of a catalyst structure with complex geometrical shapes and properties impossible when using standard technologies for catalyst formation.
