FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: area of application: invention relates to the field of radio engineering, in particular, to antenna equipment, and can be used as an antenna for providing radio communication in the short-wave (SW) band. Substance: the object-apparatus includes a symmetrical vibrator consisting of two arms of equal length, made of a radio frequency cable with the external conductor and shell partially removed, a matching and balancing apparatus connected to the arms of the vibrator via radio frequency connectors, and a radio frequency supply cable connected to the matching and balancing apparatus via a radio frequency connector.
EFFECT: increase in the gain coefficient of the trailing antenna in the form of a symmetrical vibrator with a single power source, with a simultaneous improvement in the range properties while maintaining small transverse dimensions, using a single power supply feeder, reducing the impact thereof on the electrical characteristics of the antenna, and eliminating the antenna effect.
