FIELD: surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for repositioning bone fragments in case of fractures of the cranial vault. The device for repositioning bone fragments in case of fractures of the bones of the cranial vault contains a drill, a clutch for adjusting the direction and strength of the torque, and a T-shaped handle. The drill is made in the form of a cone coated with titanium nitride with a protruding spiral thread of 1 turn per 2 mm of dyne and a cylindrical body connected to the cone with a movable support washer mounted on the thread. The cylindrical body is connected to the clutch. The clutch is made with the ability to dose the torque force in the range from 6 to 12 Nm in increments of 0.5 Nm and is connected to a T-handle, on which a cylinder weighing 100 g is movably placed.
EFFECT: provision of pulling out the depressed part of the calvarium bone by screwing the device into the calvarium bone and tapping the cylinder on the T-handle according to the reverse hammer operation principle, with minimal damage to the calvarium bones.
