FIELD: downhole hydro generator.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a downhole hydro generator. The downhole hydro generator comprises a hydro turbine stator, a hydro turbine rotor, permanent magnets and a shaft on which bearings are mounted. The downhole hydroelectric generator has a housing configured to sequentially locate an electric machine and a non-contact rotation transmission unit inside it. The electric machine consists of an electric stator, an electric rotor, a control circuit and a contactless rotation transmission unit. The control circuit is configured to convert the shaft rotation energy into an electric current of a stabilized voltage. The non-contact rotation transmission unit consists of a media separator, a system of permanent magnets and bearings. The electric machine and the contactless rotation transmission unit are interconnected by means of a coupling. The media separator is a sealed partition of a given shape. The non-contact rotation transmission unit is fixed for rotation at one end of the shaft, and the hydraulic turbine rotor is fixed at the opposite end of the shaft. The stator of the hydraulic turbine is placed on the outer surface of the housing with the possibility of forming the direction of the drilling fluid flow for the rotor of the hydraulic turbine.
EFFECT: protection of the electric machine from penetration of drilling fluid through the shaft seal, as well as increasing the reliability of operation and its service life.
