FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pressure metal treatment and can be used in the manufacture of spherical mounting washers. The device contains a punch for forming and punching, a punch for cutting, a die for forming and punching and a die for cutting. Punches are installed by means of a punch holder on a movable plate. The matrices are attached to a fixed plate. The punch for punching and forming is made in two stages with a lower stage, the diameter of which is equal to the inner diameter of the washer, and the length is at least two heights of the washer. The open end of the small stage of the specified punch is made conical with an angle of 120-130°. The transition section between the small stage and the second stage of the punch for forming and punching is made according to the configuration and dimensions of the inner surface of the washer. Guide rails with guide U-shaped grooves are provided, mounted on elastic buffers attached to a fixed plate by means of screws, with the possibility of vertical movement relative to the mentioned screws.
EFFECT: possibility to obtain spherical mounting washers with a height 2-2.5 times exceeding the thickness of the source material, and increase the productivity of the process.
