FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials, in particular to a self-compacting concrete mixture and a method for its preparation. Self-compacting concrete mixture, including cement, sand, crushed stone, superplasticizer, water. Additionally, it contains condensed uncompacted microsilica with a specific surface of 25.000 m2/kg and mineral powder from carbonate rocks with a specific surface of 300 m2/kg; plasticizer - superplasticizer based on modified polycarboxylate esters Sika ViscoCrete 25 HE-C in the following ratio, wt.%: Portland cement CEM I 52.5N with a content of tricalcium aluminate not more than 5% - 7.9-15.7, condensed uncompacted microsilica - 1.96-1.97, mineral powder from carbonate rocks - 3.9-11.9, sand with a fineness modulus of 1.8 - 32.32-32.4, crushed stone of a fraction of 5-20 mm - 39.4-39.5, superplasticizer based on modified polycarboxylate esters Sika ViscoCrete 25 HE-C - 0.22, water - 6.11-6.5. A method for preparing such a mixture is also described.
EFFECT: obtaining a self-compacting concrete mix with high rates of fluidity and retention of mobility, reducing the consumption of Portland cement, increasing the strength and frost resistance of concrete.
