The key feature is that a pushing device is provided in the housing that drives the door, one end of the drive device having one or more springs can drive the pushing device through the rotary element (3), at the other end of the drive device a locking/unlocking device is provided that interacts with the drive device.
EFFECT: technical scheme of the present invention has a unique design, is extremely convenient for opening doors and will not harm to the user.
