HIGH-FREQUENCY ELECTROSURGICAL INSTRUMENT FOR CLAMPING AND CUTTING TISSUE Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC A61B17/295 A61B18/14

Abstract RU 2836562 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a high-frequency electrosurgical instrument for tissue clamping and cutting. High-frequency electrosurgical instrument for clamping and cutting tissue comprises a body, a shaft, a gripping device, a control key, a blade and a control button. Control key is configured to control the opening and closing of the gripping device using the gripping device control mechanism. Control button is configured to drive the blade for cutting by means of a blade control mechanism. Direction of control key movement coincides with direction of control button movement. Locking mechanism is arranged between control key and control button. Locking mechanism consists of a boss and a hook configured to clamp the boss. Boss is located on the control key. Hook is located on the control button or on the trigger lever of the blade control mechanism. In the first state, the gripping device is open, and the boss is clamped by the hook so that the control button is not movable. In the second state, the gripping device is closed, and the boss is separated from the hook so that the control button is movable to drive the blade in motion for cutting, and after the control key is turned back, the boss is fixed again by the hook. Protrusion is located on the control key. Protrusion is located above the boss. Concave part corresponding to the protrusion is located on the starting lever. Protrusion and the concave part of the firing lever form an auxiliary rotary mechanism. Protrusion is made with the possibility of resting against the concave part of the starting lever and bringing the starting lever to synchronous turn back when the control key is turned back. Control button is made with possibility of synchronous backward rotation together with starting lever.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides control over the closure of the gripping device during the process of cutting tissue with a blade.
