FIELD: fire protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire protection and fire extinguishing devices, namely to robotic fire extinguishing installations, and can be used to prevent fire-hazardous situations in any industrial premises, as well as in the internal areas of NPP facilities, including NPP engine rooms. Depending on the source of ignition, its location and the intensity of combustion, using the invention, it is possible to use not only robotic fire extinguishing systems, but also compact sprayers, spot sprinklers, small-sized robotic installations, small-sized mobile robotic installations and internal fire cranes. Also, the result of the claimed invention can be attributed to a reduction in the time of elimination of ignition from the moment of detection, exception of re-ignition or ignition, reducing the consumption of extinguishing agents and, consequently, reducing the damage caused due to fire extinguishing and elimination of ignition foci. The expected result is achieved due to the fact that a multifunctional robotic complex for preventive monitoring, fire detection and fire extinguishing control at industrial facilities, containing a pumping station, a fire water supply connected to it, at least two robotic fire extinguishing installations connected to the fire water supply system, including a hydraulic gun with vertical and horizontal guidance drives, a fire nozzle with a drive for changing the spray angle, a controlled disk shutter with a drive mounted at the inlet in front of the hydraulic gun, a pressure sensor installed at the outlet of the hydraulic gun in front of the nozzle and a portable control panel connected to the switching unit at the input, and at its output via a network controller with a control device, a fire detection and tele-surveillance device mounted on a hydraulic gun, connected to a digital signal processing device, the output of which is connected to a video monitoring device and a process control system, connected in turn to a control device that is connected via a receiving and control device to fire detectors, according to the present invention is equipped with a foam generating unit connected to robotic fire extinguishing installations with foam pipeline, additional backup pipelines for water supply and compression foam, connected to robotic fire extinguishing installations installed on the foam pipeline before entering the hydraulic gun by an additional controlled disc shutter with an additional drive connected to the switching unit, and the fire nozzle is made with the possibility of supplying water and compression foam with adjustable concentration and flow rate.
EFFECT: expansion of the functionality of a robotic fire complex, including the prevention of fire and explosive situations at industrial sites, the reduction or elimination of emergency situations, the prevention of collapses, monitoring of potentially hazardous areas of ignition and fire extinguishing control.
