FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to allergology, immunology, and infectious diseases, and can be used to evaluate the results of skin allergic tests with infectious or non-infectious allergens. In order to evaluate the results of skin allergic tests with infectious (Mantoux test, Diaskin-test) or non-infectious (household, pollen, epidermal) allergens, after a time fixed according to the technique, the focus of skin inflammation is measured and evaluated using a thermal imager at the site of allergen injection, recording the temperature, size, and level of IR radiation at the focus of inflammation. The radiation at the body area of previous allergen injection is projected onto the matrix of the thermal imager by means of a special objective. A detailed thermal portrait is formed on the screen after conversion. Areas with different temperatures differ in colour or intensity. For the purpose of eliminating the possible influence of error factors on the measurement results, during the measurement procedure, the latter are performed indoors, in the range of comfortable temperatures from +22°C to +26°C, without forced ventilation. Comparing thermal imaging pictures of the negative control and a test with an allergen allows measuring and comparing the size, area, level of IR radiation of skin areas at the test sites, storing the measurement results, as well as a thermogram for further comparative evaluation in the dynamics of the disease.
EFFECT: objective evaluation of the results of skin allergic tests, possibility of storing and evaluating the identified changes in the dynamics of diseases.
