FIELD: of nuclear power plants.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in separator-superheaters of turbine plants of nuclear power plants. The superheater of the turbine plant includes a vertical housing (1) with a vertical collector (5) installed inside it, heat exchange pipes (2), a pipeline (8) for supplying heating steam and a pipeline (9) for removing condensate. The vertical collector (5) is divided by a partition (10) into upper and lower compartments (4) and (7). Heat exchange tubes (2) with transverse and longitudinal sections are connected by inlet and outlet ends to the upper and lower compartments (4) and (7) of the collector, respectively. The pipeline (8) for supplying heating steam is connected to the upper compartment (4) of the collector. Condensate discharge pipeline (9) is connected to the lower compartment (7), in which a predetermined level (14) of condensate is set above the outlet ends of the heat exchange pipes (2). In the longitudinal sections of the heat exchange pipes (2) located below the transverse partition (10) of the collector (5), additional levels of condensate are formed. A valve (16) is installed on the condensate drain pipeline (9), connected by an impulse line (17) to a condensate level meter (18) in the lower compartment (7) of the collector.
EFFECT: reducing the heating steam consumption through the superheater of the turbine plant by using not only the heating steam condensation heat, but also the condensate cooling heat to superheat the steam.
