FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions serves to prepare particularly pure water and can be used for backfeed of electric nuclear power station unit circuits, as well as in electronic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Proposed plant comprises horizontal tubular film evaporators and heaters arranged one above the other, steam compressor, pumps and manifolds. Said plant incorporates additional rows of horizontal tubular film evaporators and heaters, identical to primary row of heaters representing tubular heat exchangers. It includes also vacuum deaerator, main and auxiliary condensers, water chemical treatment unit and U-like hydraulic gates. Horizontal tubular film evaporator comprises cylindrical shell with face tube plates, baffle, lengthwise bundles of heat exchange pipes, steam chamber, distillation chamber, separators and sprayers. Steam and distillation chambers are arranged in shell end faces and secured on tube plates. Steam chamber is furnished with case the bottom of which incorporates secondary steam discharge branch pipe. Baffle represents two trays rigidly jointed to tube plates and arranged on both sides of the shall axis. Condenser comprises vertical casing accommodating the bundle of vertical heat exchange tubes, top and bottom water chambers. Condenser casing has two opposed flat walls jointed together by two semi-circular different-diametre walls. Note here that vertical perforated plate is mounted between joints of flat walls.

EFFECT: compact design, simplified equipment transportation and minimised mounting jobs.
