A packaging bag made of a flexible film with an outlet, the side walls of which are interconnected by heat sealing seams, is equipped with an outlet neck having a bend, the radii of the concave and convex parts of the side seams forming the neck are the same, and the distance between them decreases towards the outlet, the outlet the hole is closed with a heat-welding seam made across the throat lumen, under which two opposite cuts are made in the side seams, the walls of the outlet neck are closed on both sides with a protective cover, the side walls of which are connected to each other, and two opposite cuts are applied to the upper edges of the cover at the passage point a conditional line between the cuts in the heat-sealed seams that form the outlet neck of the bag.
