SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a deflector assembly with a window for a multilateral borehole, to a multilateral borehole system, and to a method for forming a multilateral borehole system. Deflector assembly comprises: a tubular body with a through window and a profile directed from the borehole, located on the inner surface of the tubular body; winding covering the window; and a deflector connected with the tubular body or formed integrally therewith. The deflector comprises a cavity extending along the axial length thereof. The deflector assembly additionally comprises: an inclined borehole surface; a borehole fixing profile located on the inner surface of the deflector of the inclined borehole surface; a protective mechanism located between the inclined borehole surface and the borehole fixing profile for opening and closing the cavity, wherein at least part of the protective mechanism is radially aligned with the window.
