FIELD: passenger supersonic aircrafts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates primarily to passenger supersonic aircraft (PSA) with a low level of noise on the ground (near the airport), intended for long-distance flights. Supersonic aircraft contains a fuselage, a delta-shaped wing of small elongation, a hybrid power plant consisting of two mid-flight turbojet engines with built-in electric drives-generators and electric motors with propellers folding in supersonic cruising flight mode, located on the end sections of the delta-shaped wing ahead or behind the trailing edge, or in the forward fuselage, as well as at the ends of the forward horizontal tail.
EFFECT: present invention allows, through the use of a hybrid power plant with propellers, to significantly reduce the noise of a supersonic aircraft on the ground.
